The 2015 Inaugural ULTIMATE Hat Tournament of Xian

Dear Fans of Ultimate：

We welcome you to take part in the Inaugural Xian Ultimate Hat Tournament, 2015. The city has a very long and prestigious history, serving as the capital of 13 dynasties, the starting point of the famed Silk Road, and the cultural hub binding the interior and coastal regions of the nation. Now as inhabitants of Xian we are very proud to be able to host this tournament, so that we may expedite the networking of Ultimate players between the coastal regions and interior, expand the influence and popularity of Ultimate in the interior, improve the competitiveness of Ultimate players on a nationwide scale, and effect the development of Ultimate among the youth. We endeavor to make our humble yet eager contribution. Thus, we truly appreciate your participation this time, and we sincerely hope to the best of our ability to let fans of Ultimate enjoy a distinctly and uniquely favorable experience.

I.Competition Date： September 26-27, 2015 （Saturday & Sunday）

II.Competition Venue： Xian, Xian Jiaotong University(Finances and Economics Branch Campus) . Please Use Relevant Map.

III.Reward

1. Each tournament participant shall receive from the hosts an Ultimate disc as mementos and a set of tournament uniforms.

2. The members of the champion and runner up team shall each receive a generous gift set.

3. Each team shall elect one participant as MVP and another as embodiment of the Spirit of Ultimate. These chosen participants will receive a refined gift set.

4. Beside the already mentioned, there shall be pleasant surprises. Please stay tuned.

IV.Party

Theme: Mythological and Legendary Personae

Free for tournament participants. For non-participants, it is 50 Yuan to attend the party; the basic procedure is to register with the hosting committee and pay before the party on Saturday night.

Student: 200 Yuan Employed: 260 Yuan

After August 25, 2015 Standard Price

Student: 240 Yuan Employed: 300 Yuan

Note: Based on calculating costs in advance, if the registration is made after August 25, 2015, the refund of the registration fee will be one half or 50% (The memento Ultimate disc and tournament uniform shall still be provided.)
