七对七制，男女比例为五二或六一；循环赛 11 分制，软时限 50 分钟，硬时限 1 小时；淘汰赛与决赛 13 分制，软时限 1 小时，硬时限70 分钟；；将所有报名选手随机、平衡 地分成六队，A 至 E，每队最多 16 人，即总参赛人数限制为 96 人；周五完成抽签分组，周 六进行六个队伍的单循环，共 15 场比赛；周六根据成绩排名，周日进行淘汰赛和决赛；我 们会在抽签之后选出各队队长，并请他们组织队伍，队长担负着团结队伍、传授技艺、发扬极限飞盘比赛精神的重任。

Each team on the playing fieldcontains seven players. (Male/Female: 5/2 Or 6/1);Robin Round is up to 11 points,50 minutes to soft cap; 60minutes to hard cap;Final game is up to 13 points,60 minutes to soft cap; 70minutes to hard cap;All the registered players will be fairly organized into 6teams (A/B/C/D/E/F) equally;96 is the maximum number of players in this hat;Allteams will be set at Friday night.There will be 15 games on Saturday andsemi-final and final will be on at Sunday based on the results of Saturday;Wewill invite six players from each team to be the captains, who need to unitethe team, share experience and promote the spirit of the game.
