2.所有报名工作都将通过邮件的形式(UFCO2015@outlook.com)完成。报名截止日期为：2015年4月30日。

3.所有报名表都将作为每个报名参赛队伍或个人的最终决定，组委会也将按照报名表的所有信息为各队和个人提供所需的服务。遵循《北京市大型群众性活动安全管理条例》的相关规定,请参赛运动员如实提交个人身份信息，后果自负。
