Dear Captains,

提前报名全国公开赛的截至日期为2011年4月20日，在此日期前报名的队伍将可享受所有队员的参赛费折扣。
The early registration deadline for China Nationals 2014 is April 20. Teams that wire in their money by that day will get a discount for all their players.

所有报名队伍：

FOR ALL THE TEAMS:

350rmb/人，在4月20日前注册和付费。

400rmb/人，在4月20日之后注册和付费。

-- 350 rmb per player if registered and money is received by April 20.

-- 400 rmb per player if registered and money is received after April 20.

参赛队伍报名注册的最终截至日期为4月30日。如果你的队伍未能在此之前报名登记，你的队伍将不被作为本次大赛的队伍登记。

-- 比赛将采用4男3女，进攻方决定。
The gender ratio is 4/3, offense decides.

-- 中国队里的外国选手规则如下：
The rules regarding foreign players in the Chinese bracket is the same as last year:

“中国国籍”的定义是
a. 大陆身份证，或
b. 香港身份证上的Three Star+AZ，或
c. 台湾护照
即：不符合上述条件的即被视为”外国人”。
在任何时间，每支队伍的场上外国人数都应不超过2位。
外国人在全队比例不应超过30%。请参照下面的对照表(外国人/最少全队人数)

即：截至比赛日，报了名队员即被视为在名单内的队员。比赛日不符合70/30规定的队伍须主动减少一位(或适宜的数字)外国队员，从而符合70/30的规定。

1. “Chinese National” will be defined as holding:

a. Mainland Chinese ID, or
b. Three Star + AZ on Hong Kong ID, or
c. Taiwan passport.

Corollary: All those who do not meet the above requirements are considered “foreign.”

2. No team shall play more than two foreigners on the field on any given point.

3. The foreigner ratio on the roster shall not exceed 30 percent. Please consult the following chart (foreigners / minimum total roster size):

Corollary: Players are considered “on the roster” if they have registered in full by the day of the tournament. Teams that do not satisfy the 70/30 rule by game day must willfully disqualify one (or the appropriate number) of foreigners in order to meet the 70/30 requirement.

住宿
HOTELS

我们已经确认宾馆事宜。如家奥体店和锦江之星奥体店将作为本次比赛主要住宿场所，也是周五注册晚会的举办地，以及周六，周日大巴出发的地方。如家标准双人间为115元一晚，锦江之星标准双人间为150元一晚，共有170间房，请各队酌情考虑，提前注册。
圠攀 have confirmed hotels. We will have Homeinns and Jingjiang inns, which is the location of the Friday night registration party. Buses on Saturday and Sunday morning also depart from this location. There are about 170 rooms for two-person going for 115, 150rmb per room.

本着先到先得的原则，想入住这两个酒店的队伍，请先注册及交钱，然后告诉我们你们需要的房间数。
These will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis for teams that have REGISTERED and SENT IN MONEY. If you would like to be in these two hotels, register and then let us know how many rooms you'll need.

我们也在联系周边的一些便宜的住宿地，如果不需要安排住宿，请提前告知我们。
We are currently seeking other hotels in the area, and yes, we are looking for as cheap as possible. Please let us know if you do NOT need accommodations to be arranged.
