比赛时间：

1. 2014年中国极限飞盘公开赛的比赛日期为： 5月17和5月18日。

2. 5月17日（周六）8：30～17：00

3. 5月18日（周日）9：00～16：00

比赛场地：

1. 常州市奥林匹克体育中心球场和常州工学院体育场

2. 本次比赛将全部使用天然草坪作为比赛场地。同样也将根据UPA的规则要求标注正规比赛场地。

规则：

1. 将使用USA ULTIMATE第11版本的规则（见附件一）作为2014年中国极限飞盘公开赛的竞赛规则。

2. 中国国籍的选手需提供大陆居民身份证，或香港身份证上的Three Star+AZ或台湾护照。未能提供以上材料中的任何一种均将视为外籍选手。

3. 在任何时间，每支队伍的场上外国人数都应不超过2位。外国人在全队比例不应超过30%。比赛日不符合70/30规定的队伍须主动减少一位(或适宜的数字)外国队员，从而符合70/30的规定。总人数即：截至比赛日，报了名队员即被视为在名单内的队员。

4. 男女比例是4男3女。但是请注意：防守方的男生不能比进攻方多，举个例子，进攻方选择4/3但是防守方只有1个女生，防守方只能以5人应战。

5. 我们有权为比赛安排观察员，至少半决赛和决赛会有观察员，以及一场四分之一决赛会有观察员。

6. 两天的比赛，每个队伍每半场有一次暂停机会和一次短时暂停。

7. 周六的全部比赛和周日第一场的复位赛打13分，软帽子在50分钟，硬帽子在60分钟。四分之一赛，半决赛及三四名决赛仍然是13分，但软帽子在60分钟，硬帽子在70分钟。决赛比赛打15分，软帽子在70分钟，硬帽子在80分钟。

8. 在比赛开始，软帽子，硬帽子的时候我们都会喇叭声来提醒。

队伍构成：

1. 本次大赛对所有报名参加的人员都没有任何年龄和性别的要求和限制。但是对于上场比赛的队员必须在14周岁以上。

2. 大赛组委会对所有报名参赛队伍的总人数不做任何规定，但在报名期间会对所有报名队伍的人数进行审核，并对总人数过多或过少的队伍提出建议和帮助。同时也将为那些以个人名义报名参赛的人员寻找或组建一个队伍参加比赛。

3. 在队伍的男女人数比例上，大赛组委会也不会做任何强制性规定，但也请各参赛队务必仔细阅读比赛时所使用规则中队伍的规定。

比赛分组：

1. 所有参赛人员将以队伍为单位进行分组。

2. 比赛第一天所有队伍将被随机分为四个小组进行小组赛。

3. 比赛第二天中国人队和外国人队分开，组成两个新的小组进行新一轮小组赛。

队服和队旗：

1. 每个报名参赛的人员都需要至少准备两件不同颜色运动服（深色和浅色各一件）。

2. 以队伍名义报名的人员在比赛时必须穿着队服或与队服相近颜色的衣服，以区别于其他队伍。同时因为有媒体的关注，所以请每一位队长都为自己的队伍准备两套队服或统一所有人的比赛着装。

3. 每个参赛队伍可自带一面队旗，不仅代表了参赛队伍的整体形象，也可以方便颁奖和媒体宣传时使用。

住宿：

1. 所有报名参赛的个人或队伍在填写报名表都将被提供两个快捷酒店的住宿选择，请每一位参赛人员都根据自己的自身条件选择合适的住宿环境。

2. 如有特殊要求或临时更改请在报名表注明或请提前一周告知大赛组委会。其他更改住宿的个人行为，大赛组委会将不予承认和负责。

费用：

大赛组委会将会收取所有报名参赛人员

1. 报名费400元（肆佰元整）人民币，其中包含有：

1) 注册报名费用
2) 比赛期间的场地费用
3) 比赛第一天的中餐，晚餐，派对；比赛第二天的早餐和午餐。
4) 比赛期间的大巴费用
5) 比赛期间的场地饮用水，水果

2. 住宿费用：

1) 如家快捷酒店常州奥林匹克体育中心店115元/每晚
2) 锦江之星酒店常州奥体中心店 150元/每晚（环境相对较好）

注：

提前报名将享受50元每人的优惠，优惠截止日期为4月19日晚上11点59分。

在周五晚上的报名派对上所有学生提供学生证明文件原件均可享受报名费八折优惠。

付款方式一律采用网上或银行转账的方式进行，只接受队伍为单位的汇款，以到帐时间为准。请各参赛队务必注意注明汇款队伍名称，提前报名。

报名：

1. 欢迎所有在中国地区的中外极限飞盘队伍和玩家参加。

2. 2014年中国极限飞盘公开赛的所有报名工作都将通过邮件的形式完成。报名截止日期为：2014年4月30日。

3. 所有报名表都将作为每个报名参赛队伍或个人的最终决定，大赛组委会也将按照报名表的所有信息为各队和个人提供所需的服务。请各参赛队和个人仔细阅读后填写报名表，后果自负。

伤病和保险：

1. 大赛组委会将为每一位参赛人员提供医疗救护保障。

2. 也请各参赛队员在比赛和非比赛期间自尊自爱，注意安全。如遇伤、残、病等，一切责任自负，一切费用自理。

3. 参赛选手请自行购买人身保险，并在上场比赛前亲自签署免责声明。

2014 CHINA OPEN OF ULTIMATE REGULATIONS

DATE：

1. The competition date of 2014 CHINA OPEN OF UTLTIMATE is :May 17th&May 18th

2. May 17th（Saturday）08：30～17：00

3. May 18th（Sunday）09：00～17：00

FIELDS：

1. Changzhou Olympic Sports Center Stadium and Changzhou Institute of Technology soccer fields

2. All the nature grass fields will be used in this tournament. According to the UPA rules we based, all the fields are standard sized.

RULES：

1. 2014 China open of ultimate will only use UPA 11th *edition rules as the tournament rules during the game.

2. Chinese players should provide Mainland Chinese ID, or Three Star + AZ on Hong Kong ID, or Taiwan passport. All those who do not meet the above requirements are considered “foreign”.

3. No team shall play more than two foreigners on the field on any given point. The foreigner ratio on the roster shall not exceed 30 percent. Teams that do not satisfy the 70/30 rule by game day must willfully disqualify one (or the appropriate number) of foreigners in order to meet the 70/30 requirement. Corollary: Players are considered “on the roster” if they have registered in full by the day of the tournament.

4. Each team on the field must contain 4 men and 3 women. The defensive side is not allowed to play with more men than the offense; in other words, if offense goes 4/3 and defense only has one female, defense will only get to field five total players for that point.

5. We also reserve the right to assign observers to any of the games. Sunday semis and finals and at least one quarterfinals game will be observed.

6. On both days, teams will have one timeout per half, plus a floater.

7. All games on *Saturday* and Re-seed games in *Sunday* will be to 13 points, with *soft cap at 50 minutes* and *hard cap at 60 minutes*.Quarterfinals, Semifinals and *Third and fourth final* on *Saturday* are still to 13 points but soft cap is at *60 minutes*, hard cap is at *70 minutes* (10 extra minutes on each).Finals game will be to 15 points, with *soft cap at 70 minutes* and *hard cap at 80 minutes*.

8. We will have *air horns* to signal 1) the start of games; 2) soft cap (one blow); 3) hard cap (two blows).

TEAMS：

1. There is no limit of gender and age of all the players to register. But only 14 years older can be on the fields.

2. There is no number limit of players in one team during the register, but we will examine each team, suggest or help your team if the player number is too big or too small. Meanwhile, the organizing committees will help the players who register personal to find a team to play.

3. About the rate of female and male in one team，there won’t be any limits. But the organizing committees suggest all the team read the rules we use during the game carefully.

GROUPS：

1. All the players will be divided into groups as a unit of team。

2. First day of game, we’ll have four groups.

3. The second day，Chinese teams and foreigner teams will separated into two new groups to race.

JERSEYS&BANNERS：

1. All the players participate must bring two different jerseys at least. (dark and light )

2. All teams should prepare uniforms or same color clothes for each member in order to separate other teams. Also because of media cover, we suggest each captain order uniforms for every team player.

3. Please bring a banner for your team if you can，not only for presenting your whole team, also can show media how well China ultimate well organized and developed.

ACCOMMODATION：

1. We provide all the players and teams two different price hotel, please choose the perfect one according to you situation.

2. Any special requirement or temporary changes should be informed or signed one week ahead. And other personal hotel changing behaviors will not be acknowledged and responsible.

FEE：

All the players will be charged at the same price.

registration fee is four hundred kuai(400rmb), including：

1) register fee
2) fields fee
3) first day lunch, dinner and party; second day breakfast and lunch
4) bus fee
5) water, fruit

hotel：

1) Homeinn hotel 115rmb/per night
2) Jinjianginns hotel 150rmb/per night

Notes:

Early registration will be 50kuai(50rmb) discount per person. The deadline is 23:59 on April 19.

All students can enjoy 20% off discount by providing student licenses on Friday night registration party.

Payment: All the money will be paid online or money transform by team, Please be noted that the registration will take effect upon the time we received the fee.

3. All the registration form you filled are supposed to be the final version of your team. The China Nationals Committee will start the preparation according to these forms. Any problem caused by the changes of your form should be on your own responsibility.

INJURY&INSURANCE：

1. The organizing committees will provide each player emergency medicinal protection.

2. All the players should be responsible for any accident/injuries/sickness during the event. Please take care of yourself.

3. All the players should buy insurance and sign the disclaimer all by yourself.
